Return Policy
Introduction
At Cherry Muse Society, we strive to keep our customers satisfied. However, it may occur that you wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our return policy.
Return Conditions
- You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.
- Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping costs.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all labels and tags attached.
- Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not.
- Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.
Return Process
1. Register your return via your official contact email within 14 days of receiving the item.
2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).
3. You must return the item at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping costs.
4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking.
Refunds
After the returned item has been received at the return address and approved upon inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability
- We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking indicates the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.
- If an incorrect address is provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.
- Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
